Keep in mind that you don't own the sets, so please be extra careful when handling & wearing them.
IF THE RENTEE IS A NEWBIE COSER, FEEL FREE TO ASK THE RENTORS.
We understand how it feels like to rent for the first time, we will try our best to accommodate and enlighten our rentees with the 'rental terms'. ^^
3 DAYS RENT/4 DAYS RENT ONLY (with laundry). Rentees must be responsible for returning the set/s on time. We do try to give considerations for rental periods depending on the circumstances. Generally, first-day rent will start upon receiving and would be the preparation and fitting day, second day would be the use-day, and should be returned/shipped within the third day of rental. As consideration, sets can be shipped/returned on the 4th day as long as it is handwashed on the 3rd day.

For long-term delivery rentals (LBC, GGX, etc.), shipment dates/times are excluded from rental dates so, first-day rent will start on the scheduled rental date or on the reception date of the sets, whichever is later. (sets should be handwashed before delivery for this mode of delivery).
AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, RENTEES SHOULD NOT REPAIR THE SETS NOR RESTYLE AND/OR TRIM THE WIGS.
Please ask permission from the rentors first before doing such actions.

DO NOT THROW AWAY THE ZIPLOCKS/PACKAGING, REUSE THEM.
SHIPPING.
Rentees should shoulder the shipping fee back & forth.
RENTORS CAN SHIP THE SETS OUTSIDE METRO MANILA.
IDENTIFICATION.
We require rentees to send us a selfie with their IDs. To be fair, rentees also have the right to ask for the rentors' selfies with their IDs.

SIZE CHARTS.
Size charts for costumes can be accessed on the product gallery here on our site. Other sets may not have size charts as they're 2nd hand; please use available size charts on the link for estimation. Female sets are mostly XS-S on tag while male sets are mostly M-L on tag.

CAN DO MEET-UPS AND PICK-UPS (INTRA-CITYWIDE).
Treetop Villas, Sambahayan Condominium Inc, Pamayanang Diego Silang BCDA, SM Megamall, Market Market, Makati Circuit, Peniel Dormitory Davao City, Mintal, Tugbok, and UP Mindanao are the only places where rentors and rentees can do meet-ups and pick-ups (depending on the location of the costume sets).

MODE OF DELIVERY.
For same-day delivery: Lalamove, Grab Express, & Joyride.
For long-term delivery (2-4 days): LBC & J&T.
Rentees can recommend their preferred courier.

GIVE REGULAR UPDATES ABOUT THE CONDITIONS OF THE SET/S RENTED. It is recommended to provide pictures (videos are highly appreciated) and other documentations on the condition of the rental set/s, especially during laundry. Any undisputed discrepancies regarding the set/s rented during the rental period prior to returning shall incur charges to the rentee.

ANY CHANGES TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL OF BOTH THE SHOP AND THE RENTEES. You may message us on our Facebook page if you wish to change any information on the rental form. Once confirmed, you may modify your original form submission by clicking the link automatically sent to your Google mail post-submission.

NOTES IN TERMS OF FEES AND DISCOUNTS:

RENT FEE.
Full rent fees can be accessed on our product gallery here on our website.
EXCESS RENT DAYS FEE.
₱100 will be charged per additional rent day/s.
ASSURANCE/DAMAGE FEE.
The assurance fee insures the set from damages and will be returned once the complete and undamaged set/s are shipped back to the renters. The damage fee will vary on the severity of the damages including but not limited to tatters, missing accessories, stains and bad odor.
₱500 - Game characters for each set.
₱100-₱250 - Anime characters for each set.
RESERVATION FEE.
To confirm the slot, rentees should pay 50% of the rent fee as a down payment. It will be deducted from the set's initial price. The reservation fee only applies until 1 day before the scheduled shipment date; otherwise, it will be non-refundable since it will be considered a CANCELLATION FEE but can be rebooked for a later date within the next 6 months for any costume set (deductible from the cancellation fees).
SHIPPING FEE.
Rentees must shoulder the shipping fee back and forth.

HANDLING FEE (MEET-UPS/PICK-UPS).
An additional handling fee of ₱100 will be charged per meet-up at selected locations (intra-citywide on area of the shop branch) with a maximum waiting time of 10 mins and a maximum of 3 kilograms for the sets. An additional ₱20 will be charged per 10 mins extension in excess of waiting times. Waiting time starts exactly on the scheduled meet-up time or at the time of informing the rentee of the rentor/s' arrival, whichever is later. No handling fee will be charged if picked up from Suntrust Treetop Villas Mandaluyong city, Sambahayan Condominium Inc Mandaluyong city, Pamayanang Diego Silang BCDA Taguig city, Peniel Dormitory Davao City (depending on the location of the costume sets).
RUSH FEE.
Rental bookings made 1 day or less before the scheduled shipment/rental date will be subject to a rush fee of 20% of the rent fee as a surcharge and for preparation of the sets.
BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT.
We give discounts on the desired set of the celebrant. Rentees should present proof of date of birth (birth certificate or valid id with date of birth) to confirm their discount to be uploaded on the last part of the google forms.
PROMO RENTS.
Discounts are given on every renters' birth months (April & June). We might also give rush promo rents depending on the occasion or mood of the rentors, so stay tuned for announcements.
